Dr.
Harold J. Livera |
|
Dr. Harold J. Livera has lived in Louisville since 1985. Dr. Livera, who grew up in New Jersey, attended Boston College and received his medical degree from the University of Rome. He completed his pediatric residency training here in Louisville at Kosair Children's Hospital. As a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP), he is Board Certified in Pediatrics. He began in pediatric practice with Dr. J. K. Harris and founded The Best Kids in 1993. He and his wife, Fran, have two sons, Andrew and Matthew.

Jennifer L. Segeleon |

Dr. Jennifer L. Segeleon grew up in the east end of Louisville and is a graduate of Louisville Collegiate and Indiana University. Her medical training was at the University of Louisville, School of Medicine. Her pediatric specialty training was completed at the University of Kentucky. As a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP), she is Board Certified in Pediatrics. She is married to Jason Segeleon who has a law practice downtown. They have two sons, Logan and Grayson and a daughter, Calloway. |

Brian E. Posnansky |

Dr. Brian E. Posnansky was
born and raised in Louisville. He graduated from Indiana University,
and the University of Louisville Medical School. He completed his pediatric
residency at U of L, then spent a year at Kosair Children’s Hospital
as Chief Resident and lecturer. He also served as an Attending Pediatrician
for the Hospitalist Service. Dr. Posnansky is Board Certified in Pediatrics
and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Kentucky
Medical Society and the Greater Louisville Medical Society. His wife,
Rebekah, is a special education teacher in the Jefferson County Public
School System. (Translation using “Kid Speak:” Dr. Posnansky is an awesome Wii Nintendo wizard, has a huge CD collection and loves playing in the sand on the beach.) He joins two other big kids, Dr. Harold Livera and Dr. Jennifer Segeleon. |
